Raw Cereal

www.rawdawgrory.com A quick ,filling and healthy raw breakfast! The nuts and seeds I use for this cereal have been soaked for about eight hours with a change of soakwater about 1/2 way into it and drained and rinsed to reduce enzyme inhibitors , making them more digestable. After they're done with the soaking process you can either dehydrate them for to crunchy-goodness or just store 'em in a glass jar in your fridge (for up to a week) so they'll be ready to go for a quick breakfast :o) To add some extra nutrition you can sprinkle on some ground flax or hemp seeds or a lil' flax or hemp oil for omegas!
